  Work Study and Compensation Methods

 Studying processes and improving methods
At Bento Consultants Ltd., it is very important to examine the work processes and propose necessary improvements for the organization before it applies new incentive pay methods. The streamlining process is implemented as a preliminary stage prior to the introduction of the new compensation method.

 Developing quantitative and qualitative parameters
When formulating the compensation method, Bento Consultants Ltd. knows that the number of parameters and the correct ratio between quantitative and qualitative parameters are, to a great extent, the key to success. We place emphasis on this fact when we develop a new compensation method.

Adapting the compensation method to the organization's culture and objectives
No two organizations are alike. Our company makes a special effort to understand the organization's objectives and culture. Whatever we do to gain a deep understanding of the organization, whether through meetings with the supervisors and employees, participation in work processes, or other actions, the process constitutes an important milestone in adapting the compensation method to each and every organization.

"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning." Albert Einstein
When he worked with us in Misgav and Safed, and with Maof Karmiel and MATI Western Galilee, David demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the business world and entrepreneurs' needs, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in diverse businesses until they are led to business achievements. As a Jewish Agency employee, settler and business consultant, David is very familiar with the kibbutz/moshav network and interacts superbly with various institutions, including the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Small Business Authority, and the Ministry of Defense. This background has enabled him to produce excellent results in highly complex projects, including Nahal Entrepreneurs, both organizationally and conceptually. David's ability to mediate between those with opposite views and lead a divided organization to strive toward achieving common goals is a rare asset for organizational consultation in times of crisis.
